Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://hydroseedingdefiance.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, EZ Green Hydroseeding markets and arranges Hydroseeding, Grass Seeding, Lawn Installation, Soil Preparation, Turf Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://hydroseedingdefiance.com is the property of EZ Green Hydroseeding or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Warranty Disclaimer. EZ Green Hydroseeding makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Damages. EZ Green Hydroseeding is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify EZ Green Hydroseeding from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. MO law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in MO.
Term Changes. EZ Green Hydroseeding may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
